110,507 SF new office building in Kirkland’s Moss Bay neighborhood with stunning views of Lake Washington. This post-tensioned concrete core and shell building contains two levels of below-grade parking and three levels of above-grade office space. About 1,200 SF of fully finished lobby and common area is furnished with a coffee bar, hand sink, multi-occupancy restrooms and two fully finished locker and shower rooms along with a secured bike storage area. Additional features include a full CCTV security system, an integrated access control system, automated HVAC system, two five stop elevators and integrated parking gate with roll-up door system. The main entry is adorned with wood benches, native plants, and illuminated LED light fixtures.
