Team Build Contractor

As a "team build contractor", we provide expert professional services in estimating, contracting and construction. We start working on the project at the earliest stage of the design phase. Our primary role as a construction consultant serving the project owner is to take the lead responsibility for budget and schedule control. We collaborate with the design team on construction means, methods, systems, and materials. Our clients and design partners benefit from our knowledge and experience. We create a strong working relationship among all team members.

When American Honda Motor Co., Inc. and Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. both agreed to allow Miller-Nicholson to build dealership facilities for each respective manufacturer on the same property, we knew the project would be special. We just had no idea how special, or how complicated. As the only one of its kind in the United States, our facility has drawn accolades from across the car industry. While the facility is indeed remarkable, the real story may be the design and construction timeline that allowed just 18 months of construction due to expiring leases. The Foushée team members pulled off a minor miracle, pouring 500 cubic yards (50 truckloads) of concrete every Thursday for 30 weeks. The organization required was nothing short of monumental.
