“When Wright Runstad & Company committed to developing the Spring District, we knew the Brewpub along with the parks would be the heart of the neighborhood. We were so confident our vision was on target as we marketed the Spring District, promising the Brewpub would be coming. This little building along with the adjacent parks was the key to leasing/developing over one million square feet before it was even built. We soon came to a realization that we had to perform, make good on our promises and deliver a Brewpub! At that point, I was tasked with finding a general contractor who would provide institutional quality construction on a challenging boutique office/retail building, Foushée was the obvious choice! Their efficient and experienced hands-on staff provided our development team with timely and accurate cost/value engineering support along with invaluable guidance on a product line that was not in our wheelhouse.
