Three-and-a-half levels of office/retail/restaurants, totaling 118,740 SF, and two-and-a-half levels of parking with 292 stalls, totaling 88,855 SF. The structure is post-tensioned concrete with varying floor-to-floor heights. The design review process required the exterior to have 17 different facets, it includes curtain wall, storefront, architectural metal panels, masonry, architectural poured-in-place concrete, and glass canopies.
An extensive pedestrian plaza with terraces - a combination of colored/textured concrete, planters and public art connecting the street to the campus. Significant challenges included contaminated soils, groundwater, a pile-supported foundation, working hour restrictions, and extensive traffic control for cars, bicycles and pedestrians.
