This remodel project of 7480 SF lobby great room features 24-foot-tall floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an abundance of natural light. Our team meticulously installed large 4x2 tiles, fresh wallpaper, modern cabinets, and a vibrant coat of paint. Fiber boards were added to the upper walls, enhancing both durability and aesthetics.
The new lighting system transforms the space into a lively and welcoming party room. Additionally, we have revamped the elevator lobby and created a state-of-the-art gym, ensuring this building meets the highest standards for future tenants.
