Capital improvements for this 1980’s high-rise office building in the heart of the country’s 12th most expensive CBD. The ground floor is a complete contemporary renovation with a clean aesthetic appeal. Improvements include: a new lobby that incorporated natural wood elements and modern furniture; new revolving entry doors; new ground floor suite entries and stairs; new elevator fronts and cabs; an updated café that mimics a hotel lounge and offers a comfortable seating area; and new updated restrooms.
Project also includes new elevator lobbies on each of the nine office floors. The interior improvements immediately amplified the building’s appeal, increasing the overall occupancy of the building. Work was completed in phases and at night to minimize disruption to the tenants.
