The Boys and Girls Club of Bellevue identified a need for indoor recreational space for Bellevue’s youth and they partnered with the City of Bellevue’s Parks Department to turn a community need into a facility that kids from all backgrounds utilize. The 22,430 SF structure is constructed from concrete foundations, structural steel, metal panel and storefront.
The facility boasts three full-size basketball courts, batting cages, classrooms, office space, and a concession stand. Additional scope includes a public restroom structure for the adjacent baseball fields and extensive site grading, landscaping, road improvements, and surface parking lots.
