8,000 SF expansion of the 32,000 SF building footprint. The expansion consists of 43’ tall climbing walls that wrap around the south half of the building. The new locker room includes new wall/floor tiling, 3 showers, 2 bathrooms, a sauna and 54 individual lockers. The upgraded social area gives access to the building through a new Fire Rated Coiling Door. Upgrades to the existing space also includes a new yoga room, men’s lockers room, gym area and office space.
