5,000 SF building addition with site improvements to serve as a showroom for Genie's lifts and equipment. The steel structure features LED lighting and the building envelope consists of ACM panels and significant amounts of glazing.
100,000 SF tenant improvement for their new corporate headquarters in two buildings across three floors. The space includes open office areas, private offices, conference and teaming rooms, large meeting and training rooms, a new cafe and dining area, client viewing rooms for new products, and a sky bridge connecting the buildings.
