Redevelopment of two city blocks into a two-building dealership. The two-story sales building totals 49,970 SF and includes auto display, customer lounge and offices. The four-story, 253,850 SF service building includes service, parts storage, technician offices, car wash, detail area, and a parking garage for approximately 480 cars.
Foushée was the design-builder for the project.
