Our project at Skyline Tower spans 114,826 SF and was completed in five meticulously planned phases across six floors. The office spaces feature partial-height walls and butt-glazed transoms, providing an open yet distinct environment. We also integrated advanced technological infrastructure with a Main Distribution Frame (MDF) room and Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) rooms.
Amenities include a spacious break room equipped with a commercial kitchen, restrooms with showers and lockers, and a new architectural steel inter-connecting stairway that adds convenience between floors. In addition, we installed state-of-the-art sound/production and motion capture rooms, catering to the most demanding technical needs and fostering a cutting-edge work environment. The result is a dynamic and versatile workspace designed to support both productivity and innovation.
