5,000 SF addition which includes a showroom expansion and new car delivery space added to an existing 25,000 SF dealership. All old EIFS siding was removed and replaced with new ACM. Exterior of the service shop has been repainted and new full height glass curtain walls have been installed. New storefront door systems on the interior and exterior for the building plus, new finishes throughout the entire space including tile, carpet, ceilings, lighting, and custom casework. New TPO roof, solar array, and EV charging stations.
