4-unit, 66,000 SF tilt-up warehouse facility built on a 176,000 SF site. Site work includes an infiltration vault near a wetland protection zone with extensive rockery retaining walls. Over 51 tilt panels were used with a max height of 32ft to ensure enough room for 18,000 SF of office space in the front of the building and 48,000 SF of warehouse space in the back of the facility that includes 12 dock-high loading bays, 24’ clear height, and LED lighting.
