9,700 SF boat storage warehouse on Lake Washington that includes 3 exterior boat racks plus an open boat wash area. The facility is designed to accommodate 75 boats for dry storage. The project scope includes 113 Piles, 16” in diameter, driven approximately 65 feet to suitable soil to support the foundation. The Fire Pump Room is a standalone CMU enclosure that houses the fire sprinkler pump and controller. A 25’ X 30’ sliding door at the main entry is designed to fit the heavy-duty boat forklift.
