122,606 SF tenant improvement consolidating two facilities into one, as Electric Mirror's new global headquarters. The facility includes 107,555 SF of manufacturing space, 1,468 SF of assembly area, and 13,583 SF of office space between first floor and mezzanine.
Foushée coordinated all design/build mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as the equipment hookup/fit up for over 100 pieces of new and relocated specialized machinery.
